E-POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
E-Poster presentations
This year, the DFSG will include electronic posters (e-Posters)
Paper posters is not accepted for DFSG 2026 and cannot be mounted or presented.
E-posters must be submitted before the conference. Abstract submitters with accepted e-Posters will be informed directly about deadlines and format.

Follow the three simple steps included in the Wizard to complete the submission of your poster(s).
Optional video/audio submission
To submit your optional video/audio, access the ePoster portal, using the same ePoster submission code, and add your video/audio file by clicking on the “Upload your video file…” or ” Upload your audio file…” button.
Important Information
For the ePoster:
- ePoster files should be in PDF format
- You can include up to 1 slide.
- The ePoster dimensions are highly suggested to be 140 cm (55 in) width x 70 cm (27.5 in) height, in landscape orientation, or 1920px width x 1000px height, for Keynote users.
- For embedded images, prefer .jpeg or .png file formats, in 72 or 96 dpi resolution.
- Do not use animated effects, “animations”, and videos.
For the optional video:
- Prepare a single video file in MP4 format.
- Note the maximum allowed file size of 500 MB.
- Ensure that your video protects patient anonymity and integrity.
For the optional audio:
- Prepare a single video file in MP3 format.
- There is no size restriction.
- Your audio presentation should explain your poster/research to the audience, just as you would do if you were presenting “in-person”.
