2 seats are available in the Executive Committee from September 2025. Each position is for a 3-year term.

Who can apply?
To apply for the seat the candidate should:
- Be a member of DFSG
- Register for the DFSG 2025 Meeting
- Be present at the Business Meeting
How to apply?
To apply for a seat in the Executive Committee, please send the following to the DFSG Secretariat on dfsg@dfsg.org:
- DFSG candidates form. Download here: Candidate form_DFSG executive 2025
- Picture of yourself
- CV
- A short video (max 3 minutes. Can be recorded with webcam or smart phone). The video should be a short presentation of yourself and motivation why members should vote for you. The video will be available online before the meeting on www.dfsg.org.

To vote for a candidate you must:
- Be a DFSG member
- Attend the DFSG Business Meeting held 13th September 2025 (No virtual attendance).
