Registration for the virtual meeting

To attend the Virtual DFSG Meeting, it is necessary to register. You can register here.

 

What are my entitlements as a participant?

  • Access to all live and pre-recorded oral sessions (except for the DFSG Business meeting, which is for members of the DFSG only)
  • Access to all e-Poster displays and presentations.
  • Ask questions to the moderators in all sessions
  • Chatroom to network with colleagues.

 

What technical specifications do I need to access the virtual meeting?

To attend the DFSG meeting you will need a good internet connection. In addition you will need to be registered for the meeting. Login details will be sent to you a few days prior to the meeting.

 

Will there be an abstract book?

All abstracts will be available during and after the conference. It will be possible to read abstracts with or without a registration for the meeting.

 

Can presentation slides and e-Posters be downloaded?

No, you will not be able to download slides and e-Posters. in case you wish to receive these, we encourage you to contact the presenter directly.

 

Can I access the presentations and e-Posters after the Virtual Meeting 18-19 September 2020?

Yes, with a valid registration you will be able to view all presentations and e-Posters for some months. If the presentations are to be removed from the Internet, all participants will be informed in order to give them the possibility to see the presentations again before they are removed.

 

How do I receive my certificate of attendance?

After the virtual meeting, please login to the registration system, where you will be able to download your certificate.
