REGISTRATION TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or cancel your registration if it is completed under an incorrect participant type. In such cases, you will be notified by email.

PAYMENT (& VAT) TERMS
Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card (Mastercard or VISA). Upon completion of the registration, an automated e-mail confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice and/or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is original and will be the only copy you will receive. 

Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

All bank charges and currency exchange fees are the responsibility of the participant and must be covered to ensure the full registration fee is received.
It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address are entered during the registration process. Please ensure that the payment clearly states invoice number, as we will not be able to place the payment without this information.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu.

Cancellations dated before and on 1 August 2026 will be refunded deducting an administration cost of 30€ (EUR). From 2 August 2026 registration fees are non-refundable. NB! Please note that tickets for the conference dinner are non-refundable.
In case of a refund of the registration fee, it will be processed after the meeting. No refunds will be granted in case of no-show.

If a participant’s application for a visa is refused, the DFSG secretariat will refund the paid registration fees only if a copy of the refusal letter is received before 1 September 2026.

FORCE MAJEURE / INSURANCE
DFSG cannot be held liable for any reimbursement claims in the event that DFSG 2026 is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the DFSG Secretariat (organiser), whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
Registration fees do not include insurance. We strongly recommend that you purchase appropriate insurance at the time of registration and travel booking. DFSG is not responsible for participants who fail to arrange their own insurance. Insurance should be arranged in your country of residence.
