CANCELLATION TERMS
Registrations
Received before or on 27 June 2025 will incur a €50 cancellation fee.
Received on or after 28 June2025 will receive no refund.
Accommodation
Received before or on 27 June 2025 will incur a €30 cancellation fee.
Received on or after 28 June 2025 will receive no refund.
CONFERENCE DINNER
Price: To be announced.
Venue: Manez Restaurant, Prague
Tickets can be booked through the registration system. The price is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no show.
The cancellation policy is binding as soon as you have finished the registration process. Cancellations must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at ss@cap-partner.eu
FORCE MAJEURE / INSURANCE
DFSG cannot be held liable for any claims of reimbursement should DFSG 2025 be cancelled beyond the control of the DFSG Secretariat (organiser) whether foreseeable or not foreseeable.
Registration fees and hotel costs do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for DFSG 2025 and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice.
DFSG cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the conference venue hotel, Don Giovanni Hotel, and we encourage you to book accommodation as early as possible before rooms sell out.
