REGISTRATION TERMS
We reserve the right to cancel or change your registration status should you have registered under an incorrect participant type.
Please note that the below cancellation policy is binding as soon as you have finished the registration process. Participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Received before or on 15 June 2022
Registration fees will be refunded deducting a cancellation fee of € 70
Hotel costs will be refunded deducting a cancellation fee of € 50
Received on or after 16 June 2022
Registration fees and hotel costs are non-refundable
Please note that tickets for the conference dinner are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at lwn@cap-partner.eu
SHARING OF CONTACT DETAILS
The DFSG 2022 will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by DFSG only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the abstract submission, registration, hotel booking and attendance certificates.
Your name, country and institute will be shared with sponsors and exhibitors at DFSG 2022 - if you do not wish to share this, please contact the DFSG Conference Organiser at info@cap-partner.eu
FORCE MAJEURE
DFSG cannot be held liable for any claims of reimbursement should DFSG 2022 be cancelled beyond the control of the DFSG Secretariat (organiser) whether foreseeable or not foreseeable. We strongly advise you to arrange for your own personal travel insurance to cover any such costs. DFSG Secretariat will naturally seek to help to reduce any costs.

CONFERENCE DINNER
The conference dinner is not included in the registration fee and must be purchased before the conference.
The dinner takes place Saturday 17th September, 19:30-24:00
The conference dinner will take place in the Crowne Plaza Hotel and offer a 3 course dinner, music, dancing and networking.
