All expenses in relation to cheques and transfers should be covered by the issuer. Please mark payments with the participant's name and/or registration ID.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Meeting Secretariat.
Cancellations postmarked before 1 June 2010, will incur a cancellation fee of 10%.
No refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked after 5. June 2010.
If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after expenses incurred by the Conference have been deducted.
Accommodation
For presenting authors and members, accommodation in a single room for 2 nights (in 17. -out 19. September) is included in the registration fee. Please book all the nights you wish to stay in the online form. Only the cost for additional nights will be charged. If you wish to stay for more than 2 nights each extra night costs €135 (non subsidised price).
For accompanying persons, if a pres. author/non-pres member books a double room with a person not registered at the conference (either as a participant or an accompanying person) then the full difference between the single and the double room price is to be paid by the delegate. If staying with a registered accompanying person, then the accompanying person fee covers the difference.

Cancellation of Accommodation
Cancellation of accommodation is accepted free of charge until 5. June 2010.
Cancellation between 5. June - 1. August will be charged the equivalent of one night.
No refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked after 01. August 2010.
