• When entering the registration page, you will be asked to create a user by
   entering your email address. Please create a user in order to submit an
   abstract.

CANCELLATION TERMS

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Meeting Secretariat: info@cap-partner.eu

Following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations received on or before 1 June 2017:
Registration fees: € 70
Hotel accommodation: € 50

No refund of registration fees, hotel accommodation or other costs for cancellations received after 1 June 2017.

In case the meeting is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, the fees will be refunded after expenses incurred by the meeting have been deducted.

ENTITLEMENTS DFSG 2017

  • Presenting authors: Accommodation in a single room (in 8 - out 10 September including breakfast), participation in all scientific sessions, programme and book of abstracts, coffee Friday, lunch and coffee Saturday and Sunday, participation in Welcome Reception Friday and Gala Dinner Saturday.
  • Non-pres. members: Accommodation in a single room (in 8 - out 10 September including breakfast), participation in all scientific sessions,  programme and book of abstracts, coffee Friday, lunch and coffee Saturday and Sunday, participation in Welcome Reception Friday and Gala Dinner Saturday.
  • Non-members: Participation in all scientific sessions, programme and book of abstracts, coffee Friday, lunch and coffee Saturday and Sunday, participation in Welcome Reception Friday and Gala Dinner Saturday.
  • Exhibitors: All exhibitors must register by email to Opens window for sending emaildfsg@dfsg.org. Coffee Friday, lunch and coffee Saturday and Sunday is included in price. Exhibitors may participate in social events for an extra fee, please contact the secretariat for details. Exhibitors do not have access to the scientific sessions.
